This mat was life changing for me I always suffered with back and neck trouble but since using the Shaki Mat on a regular basis that has disappeared along with headaches. I love my Shaki Mat and rave about it to anyone I can :)

easy to adjust to
The Shakti mat has been easy to adjust too and has aided my recovery from training twice a day for rowing. My sleep has improved and as quite a high strung person finding the time to just be still has reduced my stress levels and elevated my mood. I highly recommend the shakti mat for post work-out recovery and also when you just need some time to be still and relax.

helps with pain
Service and delivery was prompt. I have already recommended to one of my colleagues. I suffer from a herniated disc and lying on the acupressure mat helps me with pain before sleeping.

amazing
The Shakti Mat is amazing. I have bought more for friends and family I love it so much. It helps my body relax and release tension like nothing else. It is also great to get out at parties and to get your friends to try it out. Everyone has different reactions to it but always everyone wants to spend more and more time in it. I bought mine at Wanderlust and I was one of the 'ouuuuuuch' trier-outers where my friend was an immediate 'oooooh this is amazing'. The boys were brilliant they let us come back and forth lying on it standing on it giving us all the space we needed (or me really) to make my decison. I am so pleased I bought one. I write this review with it under my feet as I work.... Thank you!

relaxes my body
I lie on my Shakti Mat every night before bed as it helps relax my body. I use to have trouble getting to sleep at night but since using this I have norganised trouble :). Thanks

very good
I believe Shakti mat is great for blood circulation and better sleep and it makes the immune system stronger. I bought the second one as a present for my son and recommended the mat to my friends. The customer service was very good. When ordering the second mat I missed to put my company's name on the address and was worried that it will be hard for couriers to find me as there are a few organisations in our building. When I sent an email to the customer service they replied straight away and fixed the problem.

sleeping well again
Since using my Shakti Mat I have been having the deepest most restful sleeps. After my second baby and years of broken sleep I was unable to sleep soundly without waking only sleeping in a very light state. My Shakti Mat has changed my life I'm happier and more rested and bounce out of bed in the mornings.

I absolutely love my Shakti mat. It has really helped with my back and neck pain I feel so relaxed when using it I often fall asleep! I ordered mine online it arrived so quickly. I would completely recommend getting yourself or someone else one of these mats.

nice!
The biggest thing we have noticed (Hubby and me we both use it) is how relaxed you feel after using it. It's quick to adjust to the 'stabbing feelings' to the warm tingly feelings. Both Hubby and I have tight upper back shoulders neck - it's early days but the feeling of relaxation after our first few sessions tell us isn't going to be very beneficial long term.

I love my Shakti mat!!
Thank you so much for this simple but so magic product! I've suffered with chronic back pain and try and manage my stress proactively as I'm a solo mum. I have used the mat every 2nd day and the results are amazing. I feel pain relief and an energy invigoration after using it and even my 7 1/2 yr old son uses it too. I use it before bed and have noticed a calmer pattern of falling asleep. The mat arrived within dsys of ordering. Love love love and much thanks!! Kimmy

helped my back pain
After years of insomnia and chronic back pain I love my new mat!! It arrived really quickly and well packaged! Just taking a few minutes at the end of the day to relax and lie on the shakti mat has made a huge difference to the quality of my sleep- I head off to bed feeling quite blissful!!! two uses

sleep enhancer !
I am such a sensitive skinned person and I tend to find massages quite painful so when I tried out the mat I bought for my husband for chrissy I was not expecting to fall in love with it myself! At first it was a bit more than I could bare but I persevered and the pain changed from to much to hot tingly sensations that moved through different places in my back. It was almost like the areas in my back that 'needed work' were being singled out! I had had a sore lower back for the past week from lifting some weights that were a bit heavy and that was gone by the morning and has not returned since. And the sleeps since!! I have gone from a few wake ups a night to sleeping right through! And waking up feeling really rested. When I am not in the mood to lie down for 20mins before bed I just stand on it with bare-feet for a couple of minutes and the sleep is still amazing! Thanks so much totally rapped. Now I am torn if I should give it to my hubby for chrissy or keep it for myself :)

No longer sceptical
I must admit I had my reservations. Now I love my Shakti mat. I use it every day very relaxing for my back legs and especially shoulders and neck where I hold my stress. Feel much more relaxed and sleep better too. Easy online booking great communication and prompt delivery what's not to love

fantastic results!
I feel rejuvenated after using the Shakti Mat. It has helped me with strained muscles headaches and tension. Using this mat has also helped with my husbands feet circulation and painful limbs (he is still in recovery after a serious illness). Customer service was excellent and can only highly recommend the Shakti mat.

Inte som jag förväntat mig.
Mattan var ineffektiv jämfört med andra spikmattor jag provat. Tyvärr en besvikelse.

Besviken.
Lyckas inte över huvud taget få till ett någorlunda jämt tryck kring huvudet med detta. Svåranvänd och oskön. Den var tyvärr en flopp.

Når inte upp till förväntningarna.
Jag lyckas dessvärre inte få till ett någorlunda jämt tryck över huvudet med huvudbandet, bra grej i teorin men i praktiken känns utförandet som en flopp. Mattan är tyvärr inte lika effektiv som andra spikmattor som jag provat, vilket även det var en besvikelse. Jag hade även höga förhoppningar om akupressurringen, men den känns knappt och ger (i vart fall utifrån vad jag kan bedöma) ingen effekt alls. Jag trodde den skulle vara i alla fall lite "spikig", men det är den alltså inte.
