restful sleep
It took me a little while to get used to it - I initially found it quite uncomfortable/painful but after a few uses the pain dissipates and you just get a flood of warmth on your back. My husband and I now take turns before bed to aid in a restful sleep :-)

Cannot fault the customer service. Speedy delivery (as i am rural) and the mat comes in a handy bag. Emailed an enquiry and had a quick response. I have been sleeping more soundly at night and feel very relaxed after using the mat. The savings made on visits to chiropractor are noticeable and i can use the mat any time that suits me. It is great !

bit weird to begin but relaxing
I purchased this for my husband who has lots of old rugby league injuries the mat has definitely helped him relax the tension he holds around those injuries. He found it a bit weird to begin with but after the first couple of minutes the sensation changes from a bit spiky to warm and relaxing. It is especially good to use before bedtime. Customer service was awesome ordered online and received it very quickly.

amazing relief
I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck I've found laying my my bed directly on the Mat provides amazing relief - I find I don't want to stop at night times because it feels so good! Thank you Shatki for an amazing amazing restful experience

my world changed
I've had chronic back issues for the last 12 years. I've seen numerous Doctors phsyios chiropractors and osteopaths all of whom have provided a temporary relief from my pain. Then my partner suggested I try this mat. I couldn't even pronounce turn name of it and it looked like the most painful thing ever. Why on earth would I lie on such a mat ... Then I tried the Shakti mat out. My world changed. With nothing to lose and an open mind I dimmed the lights. I turned on some meditative music and sans t shirt I lay down on the spikey mat. Only ever intending to lay on this mat for 15mins an hour had ticked by before I knew it. Spending an hour at least on this Shakti mat is now part of my nightly ritual and has been for the last few months. I even took it with me on a recent trip to Bali! This mat is unbelievable relaxing. Falling asleep no longer is an and my back pain has all but disappeared. I've literally recommend the Shakti Mat to anyone who will listen to me and I cannot speak highly enough about this product. My Shakti Mat has helped ease the neck and shoulder pain I've had for years all for the price of a one-hour massage! Not only that it's fantastic for promoting a deep restful sleep - after five minutes I'm usually out like a light flat on my back often waking hours later still on my mat. best nights sleep ever
I had to try one after seeing so many reviews and I got it to improve my sleep. Had to admit.... it took me a while to get used to it and it did feel uncomfortable initially (!!) but it gives me the BEST nights sleep ever! Every now and then I let it slip and stop using it then my sleep suffers and I'm back on my mat. Can't wait to try the acupressure ring too I could see myself using that at work during painful meetings :)

loving it!
It's made me sleep better and feel more relaxed. My daughter has been using it for her stiff neck and upper back tension. We're loving it! sleep better recover better
It was with a little hesitation that I believed all the hype. My partner looked at me like I had finally lost the plot when I unwrapped our new Shakti mat - no seriously he did! At first I could only manage a few minutes lying on the mat let alone standing on it. It took a week and I will never let it out of my sight and even my partner is converted and a regular user. It has just become part of our night time routine... shower shakti bed! We sleep better recovery from CrossFit is better and we find it so relaxing that we both now struggle to stay awake while taking turns on the mat - lol! I notice a difference if I miss a night going on the mat - I feel a little more restless going to sleep. We love it so much that it gets packed in our bags when going on holiday. If you are hesitating and wondering - does it really work - stop wondering because it does!

use it every night
So I purchase the mat not really know if it was going to fix my problem. I sit at a desk all day and and find stress hit me in my neck and shoulders. I use it every night for 10-15 minutes and then adjust and then repeat. Customer service was great and my mat was delivered a lot faster than expected.

thoroughly enjoy it
I have sciatica and scoliosis which can cause great pain I am also a runner a teacher and spend hours a week driving. I also struggle to sleep more than 4 hours a night. My mat helps with my muscle pain and recovery as well as allowing me to relax at the end of a busy day. I sometimes even share it with my mum when she has inflammation in her joints and it has helped her with her pain management as well. I throughly enjoy my spiky wee mat and all the benefits it's gives me and my family.

cannot rate highly enough
I love my Shakti Mat. It helps me with sleep stress muscle tension. I cannot rate this highly enough. I didn’t know if I would handle lying on it for 20 mins for the first week but after doing it every night before bed I got used to it and now its a breeze.

increased energy
I was initially on the fence about purchasing a Mat until a friend raved about the benefits to me. I no longer feel lethargic I find I fall asleep a lot faster I have increased energy when I wake up. If I have any sort of pain in my legs from standing all day 10 minutes on the Mat relieves any sort of aches. Its also great before practicing Yoga and i love to lay on it after. I love it so much and I feel everyone needs one. Don't be like me and wait a month before purchasing one.

relieved a lot of pain
I ordered this with scepticism but the price point was good my back was killing me so I gave it a go. It hasn't cured everything but it's relieved a lot of pain and tension at night. 10 minutes on it at night relaxes me before bed and I'm a true convert. I haven't used your customer service but the ordering process was good - exactly as I'd expect from an online shopping cart. Cheers for the great product.

amazing product
I don't usually do these feedback questionnaires but with your product I am delighted to! Product was shipped quickly without any issues and once it arrived I couldn't wait to get home and try it. Fist time it was quite tender but after this I got use to it and now I am on it most nights for 15-20 min. I feel like since I have started using this my upper back pain (From sitting at a desk all day) has gone. I have purchased another mat for my sister for Christmas to help share the joy! I am loving my mat. I stand on it once a day (while doing dishes) to help with energy and stress. and lay on it before bed to help with getting a better nights sleep. I feel its a deeper sleep. Its also helped with a sore shoulder i have been suffering from for years. Bonus :laughing:

I have been utterly amazed at how laying on something spiky can make me feel sleepy. I really recommend using the mat as part of a bedtime routine.

improved my sleep
Even though it took a while to adjust to the feeling of the mat My shakti mat has helped improve the issues I've had with muscle tightness in my shoulders and neck as well as improving my sleep quality! In addition to this it arrived very quickly (within a week) so I didn't even have to wait that long to use it!
