awesome relief
Whenever you hear people tell you about some new product I always get weary that its all hype and hot air but I am absolutely stoked with my new Shaki mat! As a musician I spend hours on my feet entertaining and after my gigs now I love coming home and standing on my mat for a good 10-15 minutes. The relief is awesome and its like an amped up version of reflexology! I have been telling everyone to get one :) Marc

help with pain and stress
I love them and use them with my clients . I believe everything comes from your feet and use them to walk and lay on. I have introduced them into busy CBD and home clinic. I believe they can help my clients between treatments with both pain relief and their daily stress.

Love it!
Love it! I suffer with a back problems and trouble sleeping. The Shatki mat albeit a little uncomfortable on day one has become a regular part of my nightly routine. It is very relaxing and hard to believe that it is actually a 'nice uncomfortable' feeling. Even puts me to sleep so I have to put my timer on.

totally relaxed
When I first unpacked it my 1st thought was that's going to hurt. Surprisingly I found it to be very comfortable and totally relaxed. Has helped me with my elbow problems and the pain level has subsided greatly. I like the size of the mat so that you can target specific areas. All in all a good product . Highly recommend.

very relaxing
We haven't been using our mat very long so I'm sure I haven't experienced the full benefits yet but so far I have found it very relaxing. I suffer from headaches and migraine and have found the mat helps to relieve tension in the neck and shoulders and I haven't had a headache since getting my Shakti mat. My 6 yo son asks to lie on the mat (clothed in shorts and T shirt) and he says it's good (This is significant as he is highly sensitive and the mat seems to have a calming effect on him rather than over stimulating) What I love most about it is that it feels good to buy something that was produced in an ethical way and is not contributing to the exploitation of anyone.

I'm a Personal trainer and I love these matts I have two the orange and the blue. I spend 20 min every second night on mine and the biggest benefits I have found would be that it has taken the tension out of my back I am very active and have a very busy stressful (good stress) life and my back is where I hold that stress. I have also found my sleeps to be deeper and wake up feeling refreshed. I highly recommend these.

Customer service…excellent. OMG the Shakti Mat has been a huge relief for me. I have a very physical and repetitive job (Postie) I actually fall asleep on it. My whole body relaxes as soon as I lay down on it. Especially good for my feet and neck.

fantastic purchase
Insomnia is very much present this week but my Shakti Mat is my favourite way to release some tension. These Mats are fantastic they work like acupuncture but without the needles! They gently spike into your skin I find laying or standing afterwards I get such a sense of relaxation and calmness over me. I really recommend these mats if you suffer from sleep deprivation.

gets better
Initially not comfortable but with use comes the gain. I suffer from bad lower back pain with a compressed nerve causing muscles to spasm and cramp up this mat relieves that so well. My friends are trying it out now and they love it.

really works
I spend a lot of time on my feet for work and have found that just stepping on my blue shakti mat is very energising at the end of a long day. I also use it for back and neck pain including when a tension headache sets in - it really works. I love the fact that the mat comes in a carry bag and it arrived very quickly after I ordered it. My acupuncturist also loves shakti mats!

absolutely wonderful
My Shakti Mat is absolutely wonderful. I use it on my neck and back every night before I go to bed and it eases those aches and pains completely as well as giving me a good night's sleep. Would definitely recommend it.

This is the best purchase ive ever made! I have a extremely bad lower back its hard to pick up my baby to move but with this mat its a whole nother world i cant get up easy and most of all pick up my baby!

calms my mind

deep sleep
I suffered sciatica after a back injury that at times made it difficult to walk. Once my back had healed I used my Shakti Mat as often as I could particularly after exercise to ensure my sciatica never returned. beneficial to lie on
As an acupuncturist the Shakti Mat is great to offer my patients for further stimulation of areas that need attention. At the end of the day I also find it beneficial to lie on it and feel any tension or discomfort in the back area ease out. Customer service was really good and would highly recommend the use of the Shakti Mat as part of a weekly routine.

fantastic purchase
This was a fantastic purchase. My husband had to get one also more that I wasn't going to share my mat. I use it in bed to help me fall asleep. It relaxes me so much. I have a form of arthritis and it helps me relax and reduces muscle tension. My husband uses it on his feet as his toes curl and it really helps. Just love our mats. Only problem is I sometimes fall asleep on it and snore as it relaxes me so much hehe.
