awesome relief
I love my Mat. It may take a little bit to get used to the spikes but it is awesome when you do - except for my feet I have wussy feet and still wear thin socks. Other reviewers have said that you will feel tingly and/or a warm sensation through your body and you do as well as being relaxed. It has been great for my sore muscles - trying to up my running pace recovery is now quicker and I definitely recommend this Mat. Buy now!

incredible
This mat is incredible. Perfect to use after a hard day at work I use the original mat and pop my pillow under my head then the mat on top and roll on. It takes some getting used to but the relaxing feeling keeps you coming back for more! Can't recommend enough. I also have the acupressure ring and love it. So calming and de-stressing.

'me time'
After one weeks continuous use for approx 15mins a day I have seen a huge difference in the tension of my neck and back. I also use it on my feet - and it provides them with a 'wake me up' feeling. I love the relaxation it gives me and allows some 'me time' away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

pleasantly surprised
After the initial shock of lying on a bed of spikes I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing this mat is to lie on. It provides waves of warm comfort up and down my back and I've fallen asleep on it more than once.

The shakti mat definitely relaxes you. I often get tension headaches and laying on the mat with my upper back really helps relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. Which in turn helps get rid of a headache. Great product.

very much recommend
I suffer from quite bad back pains thanks to an office job and some time of my shakti mat does wonders to release the pressure off my spine. I very much recommend this product for office workers and athletes alike.

helped enormously
I have had hip and lower back pain on and off since having children. My Shakti Mat has helped enormously with this - it helps ease the pain and I wake up in the morning not feeling as sore in my hips and back. I find it so relaxing to lie on my mat and 'let go' of tension - I can feel it melting away. I have bought a mat for both of my sisters and recommend it to everyone and anyone.

give it a try
Didnt know what to expect but thought I would give it a try. Great for tired backs and legs and find it helps me calm down at the end of a busy day. Great service and more than happy to recommend

release tension
Didn't take too long to get used to using the mat on my neck shoulders and back it certainly seems to release tension. Once you are lying on the mat it's ok just takes a bit of time to get used to getting off it. Am not sure if it was the mat but I certainly have had a few deep sleeps since using it. Will move on to other areas soon. I told my hairdresser about it and she was very interested and was going to research a bit more. Ordered the mat Sunday night on line and received it Thursday. So no issues there.

love it!
Absolutely love it! Used it nearly everyday since I bought at Wanderlust even better have influenced others to buy one as they are aware of the benefits both my grandparents love theirs as well. I like to chuck on some good frequencies and just lay on it can get into a deep meditative state will continue to recommend to others. Keep up the good work boys!

I use it to energise me before a gym session - to get the blood flowing and connections going all round my body. And I use it after a hard day at work to chill out and give me an a fabulous back massage. Bliss :)

I love my shakti mat. I couldnt go with out it now i have it. Iv had back problems since i was a teenager nothing had helped. This definately gives me alot of instant relief. I also work in hospo so after a long shift it is amazing to get home to. If you have back problems i highly recommend!!

try it to believe it
The Shakti Mat is one of those 'you have to try to believe' type of products because it does defy human logic that spikes digging into your skin can feel good. The first use was certainly a bit of a shock but it's amazing how quickly that feeling gave way to an ultimate bliss. I found that by the second or third use I was consistently falling asleep on the mat within 10 minutes because I was so relaxed. As someone who likes to regularly meditate I find the Shakti Mat hugely beneficial in providing a point (many points!) of focus. It's also just about the only thing that very quickly will bring me back into balance when I have something stressful going on or my mind is racing. I've also noticed a definite improvement in sleep quality too. The customer service I received was the best ever... the team is so friendly and happily answered my questions. Due to a little website glitch with my order they threw the Acupressure Ring into my parcel as well (stoked - thanks guys) and it is amazing! I often bite my nails so it's perfect for keeping my hands busy. I use it when driving (helps me keep calm!) and at work (helps me keep calm!!) I bought a mat for my dad as well and he loves it and it's been great for his sore back. Both products are fantastic and highly recommended!

Definitely recommend
The mat helps you sleep so well I use it for 20 minutes before I go to sleep the pad increases the blood flow you can feel the warmth in your back and you drift of into a relaxed sleep. The mat was delivered promptly and I have told friends and family about it. Would definitely recommend

God-send!
Oh how I wish I had discovered the shakti mat sooner. As someone who has had (and still does) back and hip problems for way too long shakti mat is a god-send. Has helped immensely!!! Use it on a regular basis especially after a long day in the office. Customer service - absolutely awesome :smile:

unbelievable change in my sleeping patterns
Unbelievable change in my sleeping patterns since the first time using this - now managing a decent night's sleep and waking up feeling rested and ready for the day. After suffering from tired aching legs for too long just 5 minutes of standing on the mat is enough to ease symptoms and rejuvenate. I have more energy I've noticed a change in my eating habits (no longer searching for high carb energy food) and my mood is much improved. Can't recommend this enough.

better than I expected
