really has changed my life
I will admit that after I got the mat I struggled to find time to get on it however now I have incorporated it into my daily routine. The main benefit and the reason why I'm using it on a daily basis is that I was suffering from some quite severe lower back pain and 15 minutes of lying on the mat daily has completely stopped my lower back pain. I didn't want to be one of those people in those adds who are like ''this has totally changed my life'' but it really has made my everyday life easier. Long may it continue!

amazing
When my Mat first arrived I touched the spikes and thought no way will I be able to lay on this BUT I did and it is amazing. Yes it feels a little uncomfortable to start with but once you relax into it there is no problem. My first nights sleep after laying on Shakti for 20 mins was incredible. I didn't wake once all night!!! I sleep so soundly and deeply. Love it and would recommend it to anyone needing too relax de-stress or relieve muscle tension. Customer service was awesome and Shakti arrived so quickly.

helps wake me up when i stand on it
Love it! It really pinpoints where you need it and over time I have noticed I'm getting a better sleep and also helps wake me up in the morning when I spend time standing on it.

ouch at first !
At first I found it ouch but now I am so in love with it. After a long day I stand on it every evening and find it so relaxing. I now notice when I havnt used it - and I sleep AMAZING after using it!!!

highly recommended
Amazing!!! I have experienced bad lower back pain since having my daughter but since using my shakti mat most daysI have had no an aches whatsoever! My partner has benefited from having longer deeper sleeps after using the mat just before bedtime. Had a fantastic experience with the Customer Service team highly recommend.

so relaxed and comfortable
My shakti mat makes me feel so relaxed and comfortabke if I'm having sleep problems it puts me into such a relaxed sleep and I fall asleep straight after using! Also really great for my migraines!!!

very happy
I use my mat every night for around half an hour and I have really started to enjoy the warmth and sensation that I get from lying on the mat. I find it very relaxing but best of all I no longer seem to get aches and pains in my back. I am very happy with my Shakti Mat.

less stiffness - better sleep
I have a very physical job and am approaching 50. Since using my Shakti mat I have far less stiffness and better sleep. I lie on my mat on the floor for 20mins each night before bed and find I am well relaxed by the time I turn my light out. Thanks guys and I hope NZ gets excited about them. you won't regret it
Brilliant customer service my mat was delivered within days! I love my mat it is the most relaxing thing to lay on before bed it has helped release the tension in my shoulders. I find it so relaxing to lay on I have just about fallen asleep on it!! Would recommend you try one you won't regret it!!

I have the green mat. The mat has really helped to release pressure in my shoulders and upper back area and has generally loosened up my back. I found this after a few sessions on it not straight away. It's great for tired feet too. I've recommended this little gem to others.

definitely worked for me
I absolutely love my Shakti Mat. I use it to help with my stiff and sore neck and shoulders and it really does help to relieve the aches and pains. It is also so relaxing and I feel I am sleeping better at night after using it to relax just before I go to bed. It has definitely worked for me.

you won't regret it
This mat is amazing it relaxes my shoulders and my lower back the instant I lie on it. I've been sleeping so much better infact this morning I slept through 3 alarms after lying on it for 40 mins last night. Do yourself a favour and get one! You won't regret it.

love it on my feet!
I've been using it on my shoulders and upper back before bedtime as this is my problem area. Most of the time I fall asleep on it and have the most rested sleep which is amazing as I haven't slept that well with being a Mum to two young children! Also loving it on my feet. Customer service was tops - was notified that they had a big influx of orders so it may take a little longer to come. I like honesty!!!
