Ich habe mir letztens eine Shakti Matte gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden damit! Ich empfehle die Matte sehr bei viel Stress und Rastlosigkeit... nach ein Paar Minuten tritt eine Tiefen-Entspannung und Ruhe in Körper und Geist ein. Es hilft auch bei Faszialen Verklebungen und Verhärtungen.

Pure Entspannung
Ich bin zufällig auf die Matte gestoßen und fand das Prinzip gleich interessant. Obwohl der Shop noch nicht live war durfte ich eine der Matten erwerben. Ich benutze die Matte hauptsächlich für den Rücken. An die Schmerzen muss man sich beim ersten Mal erst gewöhnen und der Körper ist doch erst mal sehr angespannt. Mittlerweile schlafe ich aber sogar manchmal auf der Matte ein. Nach 15 Minuten auf der ShaktiMat fühlt sich der Rücken angenehm warm an und das Gefühl hält lange an. Ich liege meistens ein Mal in der Woche vor dem Einschlafen auf der Matte denn die Matte wirkt dann ähnlich wie eine Schlaftablette. Gerne nutze ich sie auch nach anstrenden Fußballspielen für die Füße oder die Oberschankel. Viel länger als 2 Minuten halte ich mit den Füßen allerdings nicht aus. Ob die ShaktiMat wirklich gegen Rückenschmerzen oder Kopfschmerzen hilft kann ich noch nicht abschließend beurteilen aber enspannen kann man damit auf jeden Fall sehr gut.

Shakti Mat oh yeah!
Ich habe die Shakti Mat im Dezember zum Geburtstag geschenkt bekommen. Obwohl ich regelmäßig Yoga mache konnte es mir bisher nicht über meine typischen "ich-verbringe-den-Tag-am-Computer"-Verspannungen hinweghelfen. Die Shakti Mat ist da super: ich lege mich ca. 10-15 Minuten rauf und schon fängt dieses wohlig warme Gefühl an...ich merke richtig wie die Durchblutung angeregt wird und sich meine Verspannungen lösen. Deshalb kriegt die Shakti Mat von mir ein fettes Daumen hoch: kein Hokuspokus kein SchnickSchnack - mein bestes Geburtstagsgeschenk!

funktioniert wirklich!
Ich praktiziere kein Yoga und bin auch eher skeptisch was Energie- Yoga- Bonding- Klangschalenangebote etc. angeht. Manchmal gestresst und so´n bisschen Unruhezustände kenne ich aber durchaus und praktiziere dann Autogenes Training. Letzteres ist in den ersten Minuten jedoch sehr anstrengend weil man sich sehr konzentrieren muss. Ich bin sehr überrascht wie schnell und tief ich mit dieser Matte in die Entspannung komme! Die erste Minute tut es durchaus weh (auf nackter Haut) aber danach gibt es offenbar so viele Endorphine daß es nur noch wunderbar ist. Danach bin ich mehrere Stunden tiefenentspannt. Phänomenal diese Matte!

Hilft zur Muskelentspannung
Ich benutze Shakti Mat mehrmals pro Woche kurz vor dem Schlafen gehen es hilft mir mich zu entspannen und loszulassen. Am Anfang war es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und ich hatte Angst dass es mir weh tun wird aber der Körper gewöhnt sich schnell daran und schon nach ein paar mal benutzen erhält man den gewünschten Heilungseffekt :-) Ich kann ShaktiMat sehr empfehlen ***

Heaven on a floor
I have struggled with issues with my back for over 15 years buying the Shakti Mat has been a game changer. It gets to those places that you just cant manage to work into yourself and offers amazing relief! Its perfect after a long day woking on the computer or for a cool down and stretch after a super long run or bike ride. I am training for an Iron Man so its important to keep my tissue in top condition and the Shakti Mat does just that.

Game changer
I love my personal massage therapist I am training for an ironman and can't wait to relax on my mat after a hard workout. Combined with mediatation for 10 mins it is a game changer. Love that is is well made and gives back all in all a good feeling.

HAPPINESS IN A BAG!
It really is happiness in a bag - and an organic cotton bag as well! After initially worrying about the pain now I find it hard to get up from it! The mat immediately calms and settles my body and mind it's deeply relaxing after a long day and it's helping to sort out the problems with my lower back. I also use it as a sort of at-home reflexology session... Beautiful packaging... Good value... Top notch service... Couldn't be without it... Thank you Shakti Mat!

feels awesome
I LOVE my shakti mat it has been amazing to feel the difference it has made to my niggling neck and shoulder pain. Just lying on it for half an hour or so when I first go to bed has made a huge difference! It's a bit freaky at first but then it feels awesome and SO relaxing. I find I sleep so much more soundly since using it. I'm very impressed. Customer service and speed of delivery was faultless. Thanks!

pain relief
Playing a lot of top level sport I've come to get a lot of pain especially back and legs and I've never found a way of fully relieving stress until now!! The shakti mat has honestly had such a positive impact on my health since I started using it a couple of months ago. amazing in just 3 weeks
I was a bit skeptical when I purchased my mat but thought I would give it ago and I absolutely love it I use it before going to bed at night and wow my sleep has improved immensely. I am also using it in the morning as I have bad arthritis in my hips and have found that even this is improving the pain is not so intense as it used to be and I am sure with further use I will be back into my exercise in no time. Considering I have only been using it for three weeksI have to say its amazing. Thanks Shakti

quite blissful
After years of insomnia and chronic back pain I love my new mat!! It arrived really quickly and well packaged! Just taking a few minutes at the end of the day to relax and lie on the shakti mat has made a huge difference to the quality of my sleep- I head off to bed feeling quite blissful!!! Only issue so far is having to wait for my husband to finish using it before I can (who may actually love it more than me!!).

had my doubts but ...
I had my doubts with this one but I got one for myself and 1 for my husband and we lie on them 20 mins before bed each night it is really relaxing and it does help with my back and neck if I miss a few nights my niggles can come back it is spikey but honestly while lying on it don't really notice - only when sit up - but not that bad really :-) Love it

Mat arrived swiftly in the post no problems at all with delivery. Great for increasing the circulation in my tired feet and I have also used it on my neck. Still getting used to the sharpness but that's ok! Great product :)

fantastic decision
I purchased a Shakti Mat after my workmate brought hers into work. I decided to buy one on a whim and what a fantastic decision. I use it in the evening after a busy day of working and exercise and it is a huge stress reliever. I also get quite tense in my shoulders from sitting at a desk typing all day and it has helped relieve the tension in my neck and shoulders. The customer service has been fantastic too! triggers one's own healing abilities
I was dubious when a friend recommended the Shakti Mat to help me deal with back pain. I thought I'd give it a go. It arrived very promptly after I ordered it online through a very simple process. I was even more dubious when I opened the package. The mat looked attractive but very sharp and prickly. How could this make any difference whatsoever I decided to try it for 30 mins while watching a movie. It felt prickly and uncomfortable at first but I adjusted to it. Slowly I experienced a warm healing sensation spread across my back. The back pain melted away. That night I slept like a baby! It was like a small miracle. I went on line to check out how it works and discovered the science behind the technique. helps my bad circulation
I love the shakti mat! I am a chef so USE to deal with a lot of shoulder and neck tension. I use the shakti mat most nights on my neck shoulders and back in bed and can honestly say I havn't had tension since starting with shakti. It's also AMAZING to stand on at night after a 15 hour shift and in the morning to wake up my feet! I struggle with bad circulation and shakti helps warm my toes! Customer service was great! Quick response and had ny mat in a couple of days on 2 occasions! I brought a present for my brother! Keep up the great work shakti!! :relaxed:
