I love my shakti mat. I couldnt go with out it now i have it. Iv had back problems since i was a teenager nothing had helped. This definately gives me alot of instant relief. I also work in hospo so after a long shift it is amazing to get home to. If you have back problems i highly recommend!!

try it to believe it
The Shakti Mat is one of those 'you have to try to believe' type of products because it does defy human logic that spikes digging into your skin can feel good. The first use was certainly a bit of a shock but it's amazing how quickly that feeling gave way to an ultimate bliss. I found that by the second or third use I was consistently falling asleep on the mat within 10 minutes because I was so relaxed. As someone who likes to regularly meditate I find the Shakti Mat hugely beneficial in providing a point (many points!) of focus. It's also just about the only thing that very quickly will bring me back into balance when I have something stressful going on or my mind is racing. I've also noticed a definite improvement in sleep quality too. The customer service I received was the best ever... the team is so friendly and happily answered my questions. Due to a little website glitch with my order they threw the Acupressure Ring into my parcel as well (stoked - thanks guys) and it is amazing! I often bite my nails so it's perfect for keeping my hands busy. I use it when driving (helps me keep calm!) and at work (helps me keep calm!!) I bought a mat for my dad as well and he loves it and it's been great for his sore back. Both products are fantastic and highly recommended!

The mat helps you sleep so well I use it for 20 minutes before I go to sleep the pad increases the blood flow you can feel the warmth in your back and you drift of into a relaxed sleep. The mat was delivered promptly and I have told friends and family about it. Would definitely recommend

God-send!
Oh how I wish I had discovered the shakti mat sooner. As someone who has had (and still does) back and hip problems for way too long shakti mat is a god-send. Has helped immensely!!! Use it on a regular basis especially after a long day in the office. Customer service - absolutely awesome :smile:

unbelievable change in my sleeping patterns
Unbelievable change in my sleeping patterns since the first time using this - now managing a decent night's sleep and waking up feeling rested and ready for the day. After suffering from tired aching legs for too long just 5 minutes of standing on the mat is enough to ease symptoms and rejuvenate. I have more energy I've noticed a change in my eating habits (no longer searching for high carb energy food) and my mood is much improved. Can't recommend this enough.

exceptional
I use the Shakti mat on my back and shoulders but I have found it exceptional at reducing leg and body fatigue especially after a lot of activity. So my favourite way to use it is standing barefoot on the mat in the kitchen when preparing dinner!

relaxation station
Loving my new shakti mat! I call it relaxation station as after the initial sensation my body gets this delightful warm sensation and feels so relaxed and calm. I have a lot of nerve pain and nerve sensitivity as well as numerous injuries to neck and spine and have tried a lot of treatments. This is great! And I have already convinced a friend to buy one - an athlete- - and they are loving it!

When I first lay down on a Shakti mat I thought I'd made a big mistake - it was painful and I couldn't last more than a couple of minutes. After reading reviews online from advocates saying it really does work I stuck with it and sure enough I could increase the length of time I go on it every night. My back pain has gone I look forward to the relaxation that the Shakti mat forces me to have and I've even purchased one for my husband and my sister so they can enjoy the benefits too!

skeptical at first
I was a bit skeptical at first but purchased 2 mats (one for me one for my mum) because I thought if it worked it would be an amazing product and if it didn't there was a money back guarantee. I am SO glad I bought it! The first time laying on it was quite sore (I have a lot of tension in my upper back) but I persevered. The second night I fell asleep on it within 10mins for 2 hours, I never fall asleep within 10mins. My sleep has improved a huge amount and I feel less stress in my back neck and shoulders - it has only been a week! I can't recommend this product enough. Thank you!!

I love it!
I was recommeneded this by a friend and have been using it almost daily since. I use it for meditation or if I dont have a lot of time ill stand on it for five minutes. I have purchased this for myself and then as a gift for a friend. I love it!
