so calm and relaxed
The Shakti mat has helped me learn to slow down......when I lay down on it every night my whole body just feels so calm and relaxed. All of the days tension leaves my body and I'm ready for a great nights sleep!

relieved a lot of pain
I ordered this with scepticism but the price point was good my back was killing me so I gave it a go. It hasn't cured everything but it's relieved a lot of pain and tension at night. 10 minutes on it at night relaxes me before bed and I'm a true convert. I haven't used your customer service but the ordering process was good - exactly as I'd expect from an online shopping cart. Cheers for the great product.

amazing product
I don't usually do these feedback questionnaires but with your product I am delighted to! Product was shipped quickly without any issues and once it arrived I couldn't wait to get home and try it. Fist time it was quite tender but after this I got use to it and now I am on it most nights for 15-20 min. I feel like since I have started using this my upper back pain (From sitting at a desk all day) has gone. I have purchased another mat for my sister for Christmas to help share the joy! deeper sleep
I am loving my mat. I stand on it once a day (while doing dishes) to help with energy and stress. and lay on it before bed to help with getting a better nights sleep. I feel its a deeper sleep. Its also helped with a sore shoulder i have been suffering from for years. Bonus :laughing:

utterly amazed
I have been utterly amazed at how laying on something spiky can make me feel sleepy. I really recommend using the mat as part of a bedtime routine.

improved my sleep
Even though it took a while to adjust to the feeling of the mat My shakti mat has helped improve the issues I've had with muscle tightness in my shoulders and neck as well as improving my sleep quality! In addition to this it arrived very quickly (within a week) so I didn't even have to wait that long to use it!

helped immensely
The mat was purchsed to assist my wife's back pain. Basically sciatic painb but also nigglers from old injuries. The mat has helped immensely and has become a travelling companion with us. We even took it with us on holiday recently. As a bonus I am finding it helpful with circulation in my feet. We are very happy with the purchase which arrived promptly and without issue. wonderful to come home to
I have a thyroid condition which causes lake of sleep and have always had a sore back that comes and goes time to time. I hugely struggle with insomnia and often have all nighters on not being able to sleep but have found since using my mat that it eases me and helps me fall asleep easier and also makes my back feel so much better after lying on it! Such a wonderful thing to come home to after work :) it's been great for reducing my anxiety and stress levels too. my hole family have even started using it!

Well I don't know where to start. I was very sceptical at first however I thought I'd support it. Im a lover of acupuncture as well and with shift work it's hard to fit in appointments. Also at that price I thought I didn't have much to lose. I have a few back problems from sporting injuries in high school and am now a nurse which is also hard on your back. Since using the shakti mat my back problems have much improved and it's so easy to use at home. I am also sleeping a lot better and feel much more relaxed before bed. It's great on sore over worked muscles after the gym too. Thank you shakti! Highly recommend!

life changing
This is life changing stuff - a hard day hunched over a keyboard anxious about deadlines neck and shoulder tension over-exposed to people, completely turned around by 20 minutes on my mat. And the delivery time - wow. I've ordered seven mats now (because I'm giving them to people - gotta spread the joy) and both orders arrived the very next day. Super impressed.

use it everyday
I was so sceptical but going by other reviews I thought I would take a chance and purchase the mat. Now I use it everyday twice a day. I fall asleep on it every night and stand on it first thing in the morning. I've started using the mat as a form of recovery and finding my muscles recover faster when I use the mat on my sore muscles (mainly legs). My mat was delivered promptly. Looking forward to purchasing an advanced mat soon.

i Love it!
I feel alive after lying on my Shakti Mat and standing on it in the morning! I bought mine to take traveling with me in Asia for the last 3.5 months. I love it! Traveling with 3 children and dealing with migraines my Shakti Mat is my escapism. A place to breath realign and carry on. Physically mentally and emotionally. cool bag !
The ordering and delivery of my mat was simple and efficient. I loved how it arrived in the cool bag. Once opened our little dog immediately jumped on to it ...... and them immediately jumped off. I pretty much did the same thing. Today is Day two so looking forward to getting home tonight to try again. Am also wondering how i can incorporate it into my 'sitting-at-a-desk-at-work-all-day" any suggestions thanks again team - have a lovely evening

I sat on my colleagues mat at work one day - I was impressed with the way you could feel it working so quickly. I purchased one and use it nearly daily. It helps with everything from sciatica circulation headaches sleep and sore muscles. Would recommend to everyone!

The Shakti Mat is really great! I get a lot of back problems and the Shakti Mat really relieves a lot of tension. 30mins on the mat and you feel completely relaxed and the next day you feel right as rain:grin:. It also arrived pretty quick no hassle. Highly recommend.

awesome relief
I love my Mat. It may take a little bit to get used to the spikes but it is awesome when you do - except for my feet I have wussy feet and still wear thin socks. Other reviewers have said that you will feel tingly and/or a warm sensation through your body and you do as well as being relaxed. It has been great for my sore muscles - trying to up my running pace recovery is now quicker and I definitely recommend this Mat. Buy now!

This mat is incredible. Perfect to use after a hard day at work I use the original mat and pop my pillow under my head then the mat on top and roll on. It takes some getting used to but the relaxing feeling keeps you coming back for more! Can't recommend enough. I also have the acupressure ring and love it. So calming and de-stressing.

'me time'
After one weeks continuous use for approx 15mins a day I have seen a huge difference in the tension of my neck and back. I also use it on my feet - and it provides them with a 'wake me up' feeling. I love the relaxation it gives me and allows some 'me time' away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

pleasantly surprised
After the initial shock of lying on a bed of spikes I was pleasantly surprised by how relaxing this mat is to lie on. It provides waves of warm comfort up and down my back and I've fallen asleep on it more than once.
