I've taken back my own wellbeing
I have been ill and injured for a while now. I am at the moment unable to stand on my mat but have been using it on my back. It has taken a while before I could lay on my mat with bare skin but what a difference it has made. I feel much better the tension and pain have ebbed away. And When I get the cast off my leg I am looking forward to standing on my mat each morning. It has really helped me take back my own wellbeing. Thankyou

wouldn't be without it
I ordered my mat a few weeks ago after seeing it on the Facebook page. I have terrible ongoing neck pain and regularly see a physic for acupuncture. I find the mat a great addition to my routine. feels like a massage
My husband was finding it hard to relax and get to sleep at night. The mat has significantly improved his sleep and he gets a full nights worth now. I play hockey and sometimes get sore legs hips and back muscles. After lying on the mat for 10-15 minutes I have pain free mobility and it feels as if I have just had a massage! Everyone needs one (or one each)!

I actually bought this mat for my daughter. I was pleasantly surprised by the Shakti mat and how it healed my ongoing back pain after only two uses. huge difference
I love this mat. I have a prolapsed disk in my neck with causes me to have a lot of neck shoulder and back pain but since using this mat I’ve noticed a huge difference. The pain has decreased and I have more movement in my neck.

little intimidating at first ..
After reading reviews I was really looking forward to receiving my Shakti Mat. It was delivered on time and I loved the bag it came in. The mat looked a little intimidating at first and as I lay down on it it wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world but after that initial feeling wow! I managed to use it for 15min the first time and felt AMAZING afterwards! Things are pretty stressful at the moment but I felt so relaxed and slept better that night than I had in ages. Highly recommended!

I lie on the floor most nights on it with my bare back. I'm asleep within about 5 minutes. made a huge difference
I brought the Shakti Mat to help relieve tension in my shoulders and assist with a knee injury I sustained from running. It has helped immensely with both. What I didn't expect was that my mum (60 ) would be willing to give it a go. She now uses it once to twice a week and enjoys lying on her back and taking 20-30minutes to relax. She said it's made a huge difference to her back and shoulders and now gets less headaches. We both get a lot of use out of out mat :)

helps the healing process
I sleep better after relaxing on my shakti mat. It took a while to get used to the spikes against my skin. I'm surprised how quickly I relax into the mat now. I've also used it on a calf injury. I can feel the blood flow increase to the injured area and it feels more intense there. It seems to help the healing process. It's been money well spent. I had an open mind to the shakti mat but I'm surprised at how beneficial it is for me.

I ordered a Shakti Mat after not knowing a lot about this product. After quick efficient delivery I had it in my hands I have suffered from chronic back and neck pain a lot of my life and have issues with my hips also so my feet get a lot of tension in them. I started using the mat and to be honest didn't enjoy it to start with I felt it was not the most comfortable thing however the perseverance has paid off the relief I gain from it has been amazing. I love my Shakti Mat and ever since I started using it (and I try to do 20 minutes before bed every second night) I have been sleeping so much deeper! I am a software engineer so I spend a lot of time at a desk on a keyboard that results in a lot of tense muscles in my shoulders and neck. My Shakti Mat helps release this ... it's fantastic! It can take some people a little while to get used to it ... other members of my family took a couple of sessions ... but once you do it provides such a relaxing sensation to your body. I have been lying on my mat most nights before I go to bed. bit apprehensive but it was perfect
I bought the violet (light) shakti mat as I was a bit apprehensive about the pressure and strength of the points but it was perfect for my sensitive skin. I lay on it for about five mins and closed my eyes and already I could feel tension drifting off. The only bad thing is that it's actually supposed my birthday present to myself so now I have to wrap it up and wait to use it again! Or maybe I'll just buy something else for my birthday ...

Amazing. It's important to notice the subtle changes that happen within the body to I think. With the Shakti I noticed relief very quickly but it was the smaller changed that have made a big impact on me. I stand in my mat while doing my makeup in the morning and I notice my mood is lifted through those days and I don't experience anxiety as frequently. It has help with my poor peripheral circulation and for that reason I purchased one for my sister with type 1 diabetes to help hinder progression of diabetic neuropathy. Service is great. Happy to be supporting a local company that has good ethics.
