Returns
By law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery — it applies even if you have tried the item, though we may deduct for any loss in value beyond what was needed to examine it. On top of that you have 30 days’ open purchase: the item must then be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

- We'll email you a return shipping label and instructions
- Send the item back within 30 days
- Full refund, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice — no earlier than when we have the item back or proof that you have sent it
Return shipping is paid by the customer for open-purchase returns and when exercising your right of withdrawal — the return label costs €8.50 and is deducted from your refund. For faulty items and transport damage, we cover the shipping.
Damaged Items
If the item is damaged on delivery, contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage — ideally within a few days, so we can claim against the carrier. Your statutory right to make a claim is unaffected. We'll send a replacement or refund you.
