Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
You have 30 days to change your mind from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.

- We'll email you a return shipping label and instructions
- Send the item back within 30 days
- Refund processed within 14 days of us receiving your return
Return shipping is paid by the customer for change of mind and withdrawal of contract — the return label currently costs 85 kronor and will be deducted from your refund. For faulty items and transport damage, we cover the cost.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
