Return your purchase
You have at least 14 days to return your purchase by law from the date you receive your goods — and we always offer 30-day returns. Fill in the form below and we'll register your return request straight away and send a confirmation to your email.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it free of charge. If you've already received your goods, you're responsible for returning them and paying the return postage — we'll email you a return label, and the cost (currently £85) will be deducted from your refund.
