Cancel your purchase
By law you have at least 14 days' right of withdrawal from the day you receive your goods — and with us, 30 days' open purchase always applies. Fill in the form below and we'll register your withdrawal straight away and send a confirmation to your email. You can just as well email hello@shaktimattan.com or use the EU model withdrawal form.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it free of charge. If you've already received your goods, you're responsible for returning them and paying the return postage — we'll email you a return label, and its cost, €8.50, will be deducted from your refund. We refund the full amount, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your notice — no earlier than when we have the item back or proof that you have sent it. Read more about shipping & returns
