peace straight away
My feet are always feel cold in winter but with this Shakti Mat I can heat my feet easily by standing on top of it for about 3mins. My cold feet could end up with lots of heat and put me to sleep well. For my back OMG when I feel tired I just lay down I can enjoy the relax and peace straight away. Love this Shakti Mat.

im in love!
Totally love my mat! I was worried about how much it might hurt but I am in love. I enjoy standing on it but still need to work up to bare feet but I love lying on it with a bare back! Feels exactly like acupuncture which in have had In my back before! Totally recommend the Shakti Mat for busy mums who need to relax before sleep wound up people who need to wind down and anyone else who thinks maybe it's for me then yup it probably is! :ok_hand:

It may seem strange but it is really relaxing. It has also really helped me when I have had a headache or felt a headache coming on using it on the back of my head and neck and I use it a lot to help relax my upper back and shoulders to. Many thanks.

Oh my goodness. Where to begin! I was recommended this terrifying looking device by a professional who claimed it would feel amazing and help me to relax. Being a new mother to the most busy and beautiful 8 month old in the world and a Registered Nurse I thought my back could use some serious help. However when I saw the Shakti Mat... I was worried! A cushions spikey contraption that looked anything but relaxing! How wrong was I....A few minutes into the "pain" I was in seventh heaven my whole back became warm and one by one I could feel my muscles relax. I am now a Shakti addict! I tell everyone I know to "Get on it" and give them a go on mine. They look at me like I'm made but once they try it they like it too (most of the time!) Its a winner in our house and Ive even converted my husband. When the wee one is crawling i'll have to hide it from her though I dont think she would want to crawl on it! Customer service is wonderful its such a cool team and I LOVE the background to how every mat is made and how well the workers are treated. As if it wasnt amazing enough you can also buy it with a clean conscious knowing it isnt made by poorly treated people in a far off land as so many products are these days! Treat yourself to one of these bad boys and you wont regret it!

Love it! I use my mat for tension in my lower back and shoulders and it works a treat. My shoulders have been a lot looser and I have easier movement in my back. A bonus is sleep! I don't really have any trouble falling asleep but I often wake in the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. When I lay on the Shakti Mat for 20 minutes or so before bed I find I have a much deeper sleep and sleep for longer without waking. I'm very happy that I purchased the Shakti Mat :)

I've taken back my own wellbeing
I have been ill and injured for a while now. I am at the moment unable to stand on my mat but have been using it on my back. It has taken a while before I could lay on my mat with bare skin but what a difference it has made. I feel much better the tension and pain have ebbed away. feels like a massage
My husband was finding it hard to relax and get to sleep at night. The mat has significantly improved his sleep and he gets a full nights worth now. I play hockey and sometimes get sore legs hips and back muscles. After lying on the mat for 10-15 minutes I have pain free mobility and it feels as if I have just had a massage! Everyone needs one (or one each)!

I actually bought this mat for my daughter. huge difference
I love this mat. I have a prolapsed disk in my neck with causes me to have a lot of neck shoulder and back pain but since using this mat I’ve noticed a huge difference. The pain has decreased and I have more movement in my neck.

little intimidating at first ..
After reading reviews I was really looking forward to receiving my Shakti Mat. It was delivered on time and I loved the bag it came in. The mat looked a little intimidating at first and as I lay down on it it wasn't the most comfortable thing in the world but after that initial feeling wow! I managed to use it for 15min the first time and felt AMAZING afterwards! Things are pretty stressful at the moment but I felt so relaxed and slept better that night than I had in ages. made a huge difference
I brought the Shakti Mat to help relieve tension in my shoulders and assist with a knee injury I sustained from running. It has helped immensely with both. What I didn't expect was that my mum (60 ) would be willing to give it a go. She now uses it once to twice a week and enjoys lying on her back and taking 20-30minutes to relax. She said it's made a huge difference to her back and shoulders and now gets less headaches. We both get a lot of use out of out mat :)

helps the healing process
I sleep better after relaxing on my shakti mat. It took a while to get used to the spikes against my skin. I'm surprised how quickly I relax into the mat now. I've also used it on a calf injury. I can feel the blood flow increase to the injured area and it feels more intense there. It seems to help the healing process. It's been money well spent. I had an open mind to the shakti mat but I'm surprised at how beneficial it is for me.

relief has been amazing
I ordered a Shakti Mat after not knowing a lot about this product. After quick efficient delivery I had it in my hands I have suffered from chronic back and neck pain a lot of my life and have issues with my hips also so my feet get a lot of tension in them. I started using the mat and to be honest didn't enjoy it to start with I felt it was not the most comfortable thing however the perseverance has paid off the relief I gain from it has been amazing. I love my Shakti Mat and ever since I started using it (and I try to do 20 minutes before bed every second night) I have been sleeping so much deeper! I am a software engineer so I spend a lot of time at a desk on a keyboard that results in a lot of tense muscles in my shoulders and neck. My Shakti Mat helps release this ... it's fantastic! It can take some people a little while to get used to it ... other members of my family took a couple of sessions ... but once you do it provides such a relaxing sensation to your body. The product itself is really well made and looks as good as it feels! I highly recommend this product. It really is "happiness in a bag" :-)

fantastic sleep
I have been lying on my mat most nights before I go to bed. It is fantastic for relaxing and clearing the mind of all the things that go round and round and I have a fantastic nights sleep afterwards.
