love it on my feet!
I've been using it on my shoulders and upper back before bedtime as this is my problem area. Most of the time I fall asleep on it and have the most rested sleep which is amazing as I haven't slept that well with being a Mum to two young children! Also loving it on my feet. I was hesitant to spend €60 on a product I couldn't try or see in person but after a bit of research I did anyway. I love it I have always slept 8 hours a Night but after starting a new job sport and the gym I was noticing the quality of those hours was poor. Used the shakti for 10mins while watching Tv before bed and slept like a baby. Highly recommend as well for anyone who is on their feet all day....bliss!!

most restful sleep
I have had the most restful sleeps since using the Shatki Mat. It has helped my back and neck pain. I lie on it for approx 15 minutes every night and even take it with me when I travel. I have recommended it to lots of people who often can't believe that something so spiky can be so good.

peace straight away
My feet are always feel cold in winter but with this Shakti Mat I can heat my feet easily by standing on top of it for about 3mins. My cold feet could end up with lots of heat and put me to sleep well. For my back OMG when I feel tired I just lay down I can enjoy the relax and peace straight away. Love this Shakti Mat.

Totally love my mat! I was worried about how much it might hurt but I am in love. I enjoy standing on it but still need to work up to bare feet but I love lying on it with a bare back! Feels exactly like acupuncture which in have had In my back before! Oh my goodness. Where to begin! I was recommended this terrifying looking device by a professional who claimed it would feel amazing and help me to relax. Being a new mother to the most busy and beautiful 8 month old in the world and a Registered Nurse I thought my back could use some serious help. However when I saw the Shakti Mat... I was worried! A cushions spikey contraption that looked anything but relaxing! How wrong was I....A few minutes into the "pain" I was in seventh heaven my whole back became warm and one by one I could feel my muscles relax. I am now a Shakti addict! I tell everyone I know to "Get on it" and give them a go on mine. They look at me like I'm made but once they try it they like it too (most of the time!) Its a winner in our house and Ive even converted my husband. When the wee one is crawling i'll have to hide it from her though I dont think she would want to crawl on it! Customer service is wonderful its such a cool team and I LOVE the background to how every mat is made and how well the workers are treated. As if it wasnt amazing enough you can also buy it with a clean conscious knowing it isnt made by poorly treated people in a far off land as so many products are these days! Love it! I use my mat for tension in my lower back and shoulders and it works a treat. My shoulders have been a lot looser and I have easier movement in my back. A bonus is sleep! I don't really have any trouble falling asleep but I often wake in the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. When I lay on the Shakti Mat for 20 minutes or so before bed I find I have a much deeper sleep and sleep for longer without waking. I'm very happy that I purchased the Shakti Mat :)
