Stand relaxed and hold a soft measuring tape at your navel, or at the middle of your natural waist. Bring it around your body back to the start. We stock the Back Wrap in size Medium, which fits a waist measurement of 80–99 cm. Note: trouser sizes don't reflect your true waist measurement – the belt is sized to the body, so get the measuring tape out and measure properly.
