The Shakti To-Go Mat is a light, compact acupressure mat designed to follow you through everyday life – from the beach to the mountain top, the office to the plane. It is made with a dirt- and water-repellent surface of organic cotton. Unlike our regular Shakti Mat, the To-Go Mat has a lower profile and is considerably lighter – easy to roll up and store in your bag or backpack. The built-in pocket can be stuffed with a t-shirt, for example, for extra neck support.
