Har använt Shakira spikmattor o kuddar i många år nu. De är de bästa som finns utan tvekan! Tar man hand om sina mattor håller de länge och en bra investering i sin hälsa både kroppsligt och mentalt. Jag har level 3 och 4. Total avslappning efter en lång dag eller som återhämtning efter ett träningspass då musklerna behöver få sitt
